Eleven years ago this hottie asked me to be his girlfriend. Now that we're married, it may seem silly to celebrate this anniversary, but heck, I've almost been with this guy half my life. And that is worth celebrating for sure.
Alfonso is an amazing friend, husband and dad. I couldn't possible dream up a better fit for me. Really.

Happy Anniversary!! Michael and I dated for FIVE years before our wedding ceremony. Every year, we celebrate two anniversaries. When people ask how long we've been married, I have to stop and think: is it 12 or 17 years?
This Sunday is 12 years. Labor Day is 17 years. And I am so grateful for---blessed by---every second!!
