Mia's adjusting beautifully. The adjustment period isn't without it's bumps, but that is to be expected. Truthfully, I was having the most difficult time because Mia's bonding to me has been slow. That's a hard pill for a Mommy to swallow. I'm excited to report that there's been some positive progress: there's more eye contact, more reaching out, more babble, tears when I "disappear". As Alfonso leaves me solo as of tomorrow, this progress comes at a good time.
